Welcome to Sacoch. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sacoch, a brand operated by Bouali Consulting Inc.
Sacoch operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Sacoch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information. However, all products are produced on demand, and availability may vary based on fulfillment capabilities.

Some products, product variations, or sizes may:

  • Be available in certain countries but not available in others

  • Depend on fulfillment location, materials, or production constraints

Availability limitations may be indicated in the product description. However, in some cases, availability restrictions may only be identified after an order is placed.

If we determine that a product cannot be fulfilled to your shipping country, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

In such cases, store credit will be issued, at our sole discretion, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cash refunds are not provided.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to production methods and device display settings.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If an order is cancelled due to fulfillment or availability issues, store credit may be issued.

Purchases are for personal or household use only.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING & REFUNDS

Prices & Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated otherwise.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable charges.

Refunds & Store Credit

All products are made on demand. As such, we do not offer cash refunds.

If an item is damaged, defective, or cannot be fulfilled:

  • We may request evidence

  • We may accept a return

  • We may issue store credit only, at our sole discretion

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Please allow up to five (5) additional business days after the estimated delivery date for delays caused by weather, customs, or third-party carriers.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Sacoch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through the Services.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All purchases are made directly with Sacoch. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions between you and Sacoch.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, you grant Sacoch a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not misuse the Services, violate laws, or interfere with platform security.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may terminate access at any time. Obligations incurred before termination survive.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services and products are provided “as is” except where prohibited by law.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sacoch.

You may not assign these Terms without consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Headings are for convenience only.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
