Shipping policy

At Sacoch, all products are made on demand and shipped once production is complete. This approach allows us to reduce waste while offering custom-produced items tailored to each order.


ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • The order enters production

  • Production times vary depending on the product type, variation, order volume, and season

  • Orders generally begin production within a few business days

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.


FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

Sacoch works with multiple fulfillment facilities located in different regions worldwide.

The fulfillment location for each order is automatically determined based on:

  • The customer’s shipping address

  • The product type

  • The selected product variation (such as size, color, or material availability)

As a result:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately

  • Orders may ship from different countries or regions

This helps optimize delivery times and product availability.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times include:

  • Production time

  • Transit time after shipment

After the estimated delivery date, please allow up to five (5) additional business days for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or border processing

  • High seasonal volumes

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers selected based on destination and logistics availability.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is provided when available once the order ships.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear or refresh.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges:

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Are the responsibility of the customer


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Sacoch is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.


LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that an order is lost in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can investigate.

Any resolution is provided at our sole discretion and may include store credit only.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Request additional information

  • Require the damaged item to be returned

  • Issue store credit only, in accordance with our Refund Policy


CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.


QUEBEC SHIPPING ADDENDUM (IF APPLICABLE)

For customers located in Quebec, the following additional terms apply, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec):

  • Any delivery date provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date

  • In the event of a significant delay, customers may contact us to request a review of their order

  • Where required by law, appropriate remedies may be provided

Nothing in this addendum limits statutory rights available to Quebec consumers.
