Refund policy

At Sacoch, all products are made on demand. This means each item is produced specifically for your order once it is placed. Because of this production model, our refund policy is structured as follows.


NO CASH REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds under normal circumstances.

Funds received are immediately used to produce your item, which helps reduce waste and supports our eco-friendly, print-on-demand process.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Request photos or other evidence of the issue

  • Accept a return of the damaged item

  • Issue store credit only (no cash refunds)

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • Can be used toward future purchases on Sacoch


SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates only. Please allow up to five (5) additional business days after the estimated delivery date for delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, or third-party courier issues.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

  • Normal variations in color or appearance due to screen settings


CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where required by law, statutory rights will apply.
